What we collect

When you call, text, email, or fill out a form on this site, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your ZIP code, and details about your vehicle. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and handled by the same people who answer the phone. We don't require accounts, and we never collect payment information — selling through us costs you nothing.

How it's used and who sees it

Your vehicle and contact details are used to produce offers on your vehicle and to follow up with you about them — that's the service. Where a partner buyer is involved, the details needed to make you an offer are shared with that buyer. We do not sell your information to unrelated advertisers or data brokers, and we don't send marketing for anything other than the sale you asked about.

The instant-offer button goes to a partner site

Buttons like “Get My Instant Offer” take you to our buying partner's website. Anything you enter there is collected by them under their privacy policy, not ours. The link tells them you arrived from our site, which is how we're credited if you sell. We don't see what you type on their pages.

Calls and texts

By contacting us or requesting a callback, you agree we may reach you by phone, text, or email about your vehicle. Message and data rates may apply. Reply “stop” or just tell us to stop, and we will.

Hosting, analytics, and cookies

This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes visitor traffic to deliver pages and block abuse, and may set operational cookies for security. We use Cloudflare's aggregate analytics to see which pages are useful; it doesn't build profiles of individual visitors, and we don't run ad trackers.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — whichever state you live in. Email help@sellmycarhub.com and a person will handle it.
